This year (1439H) Annually Walima/Competition ceremoney for Maa's-Safarah took place at the school premises as usual, on the 27th Sha'aban, 1439 (13th May, 2018).
The Walima/Competition took place between the prominent houses as follow: Daru AbiBakrin, As-Siddiq (Radiyal-Lahu Anhu) Daru Umar, Al-Faruq (Radiyal-Lahu Anhu) Daru Uthman, Dhun-Nurain (Radiyal-Lahu Anhu) Daru Aliyy, Abu-Turab (Radiyal-Lahu Anhu).
The competition started at exactly 3:20pm, where the houses competed in the following subject matters:
Quiz: This include all school subjects been taught in the classes accross all levels, such as Qur'an, Hadith, Tauheed, Azkar, Tahzeeb, and etc. Maqala/Drama/Khutbah: Houses presented maqala (speech), drama and Khutbah (sermon). They presented as expected which at the same time they taught, entertained, and informed the audience.
Debate: Daru AbiBakrin As-Siddiq (R.A.) supported a motion that said: "Patience is more importance to human being than discretion", while Daru Uthman Dhun-Nurain (R.A.) opposed the motion. In the other hand, Daru Umar Al-Faruq (R.A.) supported a motion that said: "Health is more importance to human being than knowledge" , while Daru Aliyy Abu-Turab (R.A.) opposed. The Walima attracted thousands of people within the city and from neighbourhood.
The walima came to an end with Daru Umar Bn Khaddab emerging as the winner.
